SpCrossreactivity
The antibodies used in this kit are specific for IgG2b with no significant reactivity to IgG1, 2a-3 or IgA, IgM, or IgE. Mouse IgG2a ELISA kit species crossreactivity was tested with the following animal serum at dilutions of 1:500: No significant crossreactivity was observed with Rat, Hamster, Guinea Pig, Rabbit, Human, Monkey, Goat, Sheep, FBS, Bovine, Pig, and Chicken serum IgG2a.
